NEW YORK CITY (hybrid): We seek an ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL with INSTITUTIONAL BROKER-DEALER experience to advise and support sales and trading teams for Operations, Credit, Finance, and Fixed Income and Equities teams. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating, and providing general legal advice regarding market trading agreements (MSFTAs, MSLAs, GMRAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, etc). Four (4+) plus years of corporate legal and/or in-house experience. Top academic and professional credentials. Admission to NY Bar in good standing. Base salary $175-215k with discretionary bonus.
